BizFinLaw is a multi-faceted legal reporting service for legal professionals who work with providers of working capital finance to small- and medium-sized businesses, particularly those providers that offer traditional loan products as well as alternative finance products such as revenue-based finance and factoring.
BizFinLaw is compiled from numerous sources to provide reports of legal developments in the industry. Important developments in the industry are added to the publication as they arise. If a development is significant, we typically deliver an email "alert" detailing the new development.
BizFinLaw relies on numerous computerized searches to track legislation, regulatory developments, and reported cases. Our editors review the search results to identify developments likely to interest subscribers. We try to be as comprehensive as possible, but the nature of legal research is such that matters sometimes elude us. Consequently, we must warn our subscribers that these publications might not report every development every quarter. We invite our subscribers to alert us to any developments we may have missed.
